Experience shows in realty
Sugar Pine Realty-Better Homes & Gardens has four offices throughout Tuolumne County to help homeowners market their property, and is the only real estate office in the county authorized to use the Better Homes & Gardens name.
"Better Homes & Gardens is a great name for us," said owner Emmett Brennan, "because it typifies what we do. We represent the home and family."
Emmett started Sugar Pine Realty in a small building in Sugar Pine in 1977. The company franchised with Better Homes & Gardens in 1985.
Gary Wilson of Realty World-Wilson Realty moved to Tuolumne County at the age of 1, graduated from Sonora High School and has marketed real estate here for 18 years.
He and a staff of 14 agents market commercial, residential and undeveloped properties, can subdivide land and provide property management services among other services.
Four agents market commercial properties only, and one employee handles the property management division.
They will begin marketing 40-acre parcels at Yosemite Estates in the next few weeks in addition to a wide variety of properties already listed with them.
"My strength is my agents," said Gary. "The knowledge they have. I have six agents with at least 20 years experience."
At the Home and Garden Show, Gary and his staff will display current real estate listings and provide information and answer questions about how to get into a home.
