Improvements for homes, businesses
Steve Souders of Sonora will demonstrate the Host Dry Chemical Carpet Cleaning Process at the Home and Garden Show.
He will also have a display of 1998 Patriot High Performance Cleaning Machines and lots of information.
He said the Patriot cleaning machines are a high technology replacement for modern day vacuum cleaners.

The Home Improvements Co. does just exactly that.
"We help people improve the looks and function of their homes," said Paul McMahon, who in partnership with Jeff Sargo owns and operates the company.
"People come to us with ideas about what they want to do to their homes, and we provide the skills, knowledge and energy to translate those ideas into real improvements," said Sargo. "It is amazing the transformation that can be worked on a home for relatively little cost. This year on one project, we took one of the relocated old Standard houses, added on to it, refurbished the interior, performed a face lift on the exterior and managed to fit it into the client's limited budget."
"The customer loved it," he said. "With vinyl siding, stucco, new windows, roofing and other exterior upgrades, you can take that old looking house you live in and turn it into a modern home with great curb appeal."
Drawing on years of experience in construction, The Home Improvements Co. is often called upon by Realtors for buyers and sellers to perform work needed prior to or immediately following the closing of escrow on their property.
"We also enjoy a lot of repeat clients," said McMahon. "For many of them, we provide maintenance services that absentee owners, landlords, home owner associations and management companies need at reasonable costs.
"This year with all the rain, there have been a lot of leak repairs, including roofs, windows and a bunch of underground drains to stop leads through subgrade walls."
"We pride ourselves in both the quality of our work and the long term relationships we build with our satisfied customers," said Sargo. "Thanks to our satisfied customers, this past year has been a record one for us, and 1998 looks even better."
The company is a member of Sierra Professional Association and participates in Barter Exchange International.
