Cal Tech can help from ground up
Cal Tech Designs is a simple name for a business that offers a variety of services.
Almost all the services necessary in building a home -- from design to gutter installation -- can be found at Cal Tech. There also is a division dedicated solely to computer hardware, software and instruction.
Cal Tech Designs & C R Homes is a general contracting business available for additions, remodels, repairs and new construction.
The drywall division also is available for any type of job -- from new construction to remodel -- and provides a quality sheet rock job. They will provide material, haul away all trash and remove sheet rock mud and texture from windows, frames, doors, jambs, showers, tubs and floors, for a clean job.
The plumbing division provides plumbing on all types of jobs, and also can plumb gas, heat and air lines.
The home repair and maintenance division is available for residential and commercial service and also will service apartments. A long list of services provided by this division includes wall painting installation of gutters, insulation, weather stripping, sprinkler systems, automatic lighting systems, awnings, television antennas, garage door openers and fencing. They also can repair water damage, asphalt, dry rot and foundations.
The construction teams offers on-site "virtual home" designing. With a special computer program, virtual home design allows people to see, in three dimensions, how their ideas will look after construction.
Cary Lee, who does the virtual home designing, also runs the computer system division of the company. He offers computer systems at competitive rates, and all the hardware and software needed to build a complete system suitable for home or business.
He also offers network set-up, computer back-up and cleaning services and training for basic computer use and computer assisted design (CAD) programs.
At the Home and Garden Show, the Cal Tech Booth will have displays of computers, building materials, floor plans and samples of finished construction.
A prize drawing for free computer training will be held.
