History added to Century 21
THE CENTURY 21 SEGERSTROM staff includes (from left) Sondra Ammons, Clark Segerstrom, Terry Gonsales (secretary), Phil Haydn-myer, Tamara Miller, Karen Marrs, Kebra Morehouse and Bruce Sunde.
Century 21 Segerstrom Real Estate boasts some of the most experienced, knowledgeable associates in the county, with three past presidents of the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors on its staff.
"They are among the highest in the county in production, too," he said. "We don't have any part-timers here. They are all very serious about their careers and serving their clients."
Owner-broker Clark Segerstrom said being part of Century 21, which he said is the largest in the nation, adds a nation-wide network to the services he and his staff can provide.
Segerstrom is a fifth generation Tuolumne County native who earned his real estate broker's license in 1984. He and his wife Julie have four children, Britta, 14, Willy, 12, Sam, 10, and Erik, 7.
Segerstrom and his cousin, Attorney Don Segerstrom, own the building at 84 N. Washington St., Sonora, where both have their offices.
It was built in 1878 by their great, great, great-grandfather, Charles Burden for his family. Members of the family have lived in the two-story, five-bedroom home ever since until it was converted into offices.
